Reports to: Social Media Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and flexible Part-Time Jr. Content Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the Content Marketing Manager in executing engaging, high-quality content across various client accounts. This is a hands-on position for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in and wear many hats.

Whether you're scheduling posts, creating content calendars, assisting on photoshoots, or editing videos, you're contributing to something that matters, helping businesses grow through storytelling, strategy, and smart visuals.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Help organize and participate in photoshoots and content days with clients

  • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and story series

  • Write captions and adjust tone/voice to fit various client brands

  • Organize files, photos, and brand assets

  • Communicate professionally with clients and assist with revisions or approvals

  • Keep up with social trends, new platform features, and algorithm changes

  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Canva, and scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite
